Slaughtering and Rendering

 

  • Reception: Registration of Kilos gross's truck. / weighing of truck vacuum. / calculation of weight of the batch (full-empty-settings). / entry documents of reception. / record of seizures, rejections and damaged animals in reception.
  • Slaughter: Quantity and Kilos of birds sampled at the entrance to slaughter. / automatic registration of number of birds ("bird count"). / culling of birds after bleeding (amount by evil bleeding and other reasons). / sampling record (weighing after bled and peeled).
  • Gutted: Registration of veterinary (descartes). / sampling after washing without viscera (kilos, biliary, fecal contamination, etc.).
  • Chilling of carcasses: temperature record of the chillers. / registry of water flow in the chillers / sampling out of the chiller (kilos and temperature).
  • Chilling giblets: registration of temperature chillers. / registry of water flow in the chillers. / Sampling at the outlet of the chiller (temperature).
  • Chilling of Claws: temperature record of the chillers. / registry of water flow in the chillers / sampling at the outlet of the chiller (temp.).
  • Crosscut: Integration with data from the batcher's breasts. (kilograms, number of parts, etc.).
  • Final weighing of boxes and glamour: scale reading labels of boxes, registration date, kilos and product. / report of daily production by product and product family (with and without giblets, cut chicken – leg-thigh, whole chicken breast and wing, MDM).
  • Palletizing and cameras: log entry into Chambers of frozen or fresh. / maintenance of stocks of cameras.
  • Rendering: Management of the stocks of finished products (flours, oils, etc.). Status of daily production, classified by different by-products (viscera meal, feather meal, oil of viscera).
  • Expedition (includes exp. rendering): management orders delivery time. / I refer, dispatch and freight.
